Michael T. Mauldin is a legendary music executive with a 45-year career across touring, management, and label leadership. He managed touring productions for Earth, Wind & Fire, Anita Baker, and Luther Vandross, then helped launch Kris Kross and Arrested Development.
He served as President of Columbia Records’ Black Music Division and SVP at Sony Music, and is credited with shaping names like Destiny’s Child and Alicia Keys.
Mauldin signed and oversaw major projects from Alicia Keys, Maxwell, the Fugees, Lauryn Hill, Nas, and Wyclef Jean.
In 2012, ASCAP recognized his $3B influence and role in shaping the “Urban Lifestyle.” He is Chairman and Co-Founder of the Black American Music Association
