Demmette Guidry is a music executive and entrepreneur with 30+ years in entertainment. He helped develop and launch careers for Beyoncé, Lauryn Hill, Maxwell, Alicia Keys, Mary Mary, and Cypress Hill.

After major industry shifts, he went independent to help protect and advance Black American music and the artists behind it. Guidry’s work centers on artist development, equity, and cultural preservation. His mission is to ensure Black artists and their stories are supported, protected, and sustained.
